Callback (Web - CID)

The Callback feature is extremely easy to use and at the same time cost effective for all our customers around the world. The Callback is enabled in all accounts by default.

a. Login to your online YupeePhone account, using your web username and web password.
b. Click on the "Web Callback" on the left side of your screen.

c. Enter your phone number and the number you want to call.
d. Ten (10) seconds later your phone will ring.
e. When you answer the call, you will hear that you are connected to our service.
f. You will not be asked for a PIN, if you have used our system before.
g. If you have never used our Callback service before, you have to dial one of our Access Numbers (not the Callback number) once and when prompt enter your PIN. Your number will be automatically registered into our system and the Callback service will be activated. This first phone call may be charged by your local phone provider.
h. The Callback has two billable legs. Check the "Cost" section below for examples and more information on the pricing.

If you are on the go or you do not have a fast internet connection, this is the ideal way to use your YupeePhone minutes.

a. Call our Callback Number. If you are calling from outside the USA, you have to add the necessary prefix. For example if you are calling from Greece, you will have to dial 00-1-810-275-9110.
b. Let it ring 1-2 times and hang up.
c. Ten (10) seconds later our system will call you back.

d. When you answer the call, you will hear that you are connected to our service.

Calling our Callback number should not be charged by your regular phone service, since our system will never answer the call.

The Callback has two legs :

a) The phone call to your phone,
b) the call to the destination.

If you have free minutes, your minutes will be used for both legs of the call. If you do not have free minutes, you will have to pay for both legs from your balance.

Example : In this Example the customer has a Pay As You Go account and is charged per minute. If the customer lives in Canada and wants to call India, he will be charged for both calls, to Canada and to India.

Example 2 : In this example the customer is on the Monthly Plan. Both phone calls to Canada and India will be made using the minutes included in the plan.
